Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to introduce and explain various banking products and services.
- Participate actively in the sales initiatives of the banking center.
- Process debit and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Manage the banking center's cash flow, including ordering and shipping currency.
- Maintain accurate records for Currency Transaction Reports (CTR).
- Oversee the banking center vault operations, ensuring proper balancing and cash disbursement.
- Assist in the opening of new accounts for clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 2-3 years of experience in cash handling is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Proven track record of balancing cash accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Physical capability to lift heavy boxes of coins.
