Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support for our consumer, small business, and commercial online banking platforms and related online and payment products. Your responsibilities will include processing daily reports and maintenance, general ledger balancing, department reporting, research, and troubleshooting for external and internal customer support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to external and internal customer inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Research and resolve un-posted items through verbal or written correspondence.
  • Interact with online banking related vendors as needed.
  • Setup and maintain companies for Treasury Management and related products.
  • Process department reports and maintenance, gathering and analyzing data to compile various reports.
  • Maintain accurate files and records concerning customer transactions.
  • Balance general ledger accounts and report to Audit and Accounting as required.
  • Support all Electronic Banking Services processes and staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience.
  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software suites.
