About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN to lead our Infectious Disease team at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center. As the RN Manager for Infectious Disease Services, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients living with HIV, Hep C, TB, and other infectious diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Infectious Disease team to provide patient-centered care
  • Supervise and manage a team of RNs, STI staff, and HIV Medical Case Managers
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for Infectious Disease care
  • Monitor caseloads, charts, and rates of completion of Individual Service Plans
  • Complete DPH reports monthly and annually, and maintain the state CAREWare database
  • Participate in quality assurance monitoring, goal setting, and conflict management
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current state licensure to practice in Massachusetts
  • Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (C.P.R.) certified
  • Minimum of five years nursing experience
  • Knowledge of Infectious Diseases and standards of care
  • Bilingual preferred
