Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team at PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our airport locations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of airport operations teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and achieve business objectives, including financial performance and customer retention.
  • Lead and manage a team of airport operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age and valid driver's license.
  • Associates degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in airport operations management, with a strong understanding of customer service, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Computer Skills

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct or indirect supervision of airport operations staff.
