About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team at National Guard Employment Network. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of assigned domestic line station
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and reliable operation
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage station facilities, equipment, and professional appearance standards
  • Lead and develop a team of airport operations staff
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless airport operations
Requirements:
  • College degree or relevant work experience
  • 4 years of relevant management experience in an airport services environment
  • Knowledge of airport operations, including hub operations, terminal/ramp operations, and ATO
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project management experience
  • Previous management experience in airport operations
  • Experience in union employee relations
