• Receive and inspect incoming freight and inventory to ensure accuracy and quality

• Implement and maintain work instructions and procedures for warehouse operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with other departments

• Provide coaching and training to warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency

• Identify and address safety issues and concerns within the warehouse environment

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs

• Maintain accurate records and reports of warehouse activities and performance metrics

**Requirements:**

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role

• Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
