Robotics Engineering Team Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized administrative professional to support our Robotics Engineering team. As the right-hand partner to the VP of Robotics, you will manage all administrative functions, own impactful projects, and become deeply involved in the business.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP of Robotics
- Manage calendars, book domestic and international travel, process expense reports
- Take detailed meeting notes, synthesize outcomes, track follow-ups
- Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain standards and cadence of workflows while identifying and implementing improvements
- Partner with the leader on strategic planning and defining team objectives and priorities
- Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals and support organizations such as IT, HR, and Workplace
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and anticipate changes
- Proactive problem solver able to work independently

Expected Compensation: $80,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
