We are seeking a skilled PCBA Rework Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with PCBA Rework and IPC certification.

• Populate, test, and repair prototype PCBA-through holes, SMD down to 0402 and 0201 size using a microscope.
• Read and comprehend electronic schematics or work with written/verbal instructions using little or no released documentation.
• Familiar with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, power supplies, and other standard EE lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot various systems using documentation, instrumentation, and input from multiple Engineering teams.
• Fabricate cable harness, familiar with various sleeving, wire, cable, and connector types, crimp tools, and techniques.

• 3+ years of experience in an Engineering development environment.
• IPC Certification.
• Great mechanical fabrication and electrical prototyping skills (soldering, wire harness, fab, harness diagram).
• Strong troubleshooting skills at board component level.
• Experience in Python, Linux-based operating systems, LabVIEW, Modbus communication, CAN communication, basic networking a plus.
