We are currently seeking to bolster our corporate office with dedicated office management and administrative capabilities. In this role, you will manage a combination of traditional administrative tasks alongside broader operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for our corporate office, delivering outstanding service to both our internal team and external clients.
  • Assist in the packing, mailing, and delivery of packages and correspondence, while overseeing inventory and ordering office and event supplies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of company events, including national gatherings.
  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital company documentation and project plans.
  • Manage the executive team's calendar, including scheduling and preparing materials for meetings.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements for the executive team.
  • Draft and prepare confidential correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in office administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Canva.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated initiative in personal development, ability to lead and provide feedback to vendors, and strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Success Orientation: High integrity and pride in team achievements, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Motivation: A passion for hands-on experience and enjoyment of technical challenges.
  • Must possess US work authorization and be willing to undergo a background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move, adjust, or carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs frequently.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Willingness to travel nationally for events, including standing for extended periods.
  • Availability for on-call duties and weekend work as necessary.
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as telephones, printers, and shredders.
