Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Specialist to join our team at Wipfli. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare client engagement letters and ensure timely delivery.
  • Organize and scan client organizers and tax documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in the Tax Caddy project team, contributing to the development and implementation of tax preparation software.
  • Process client tax returns using a variety of software, including SafeSendReturns, Sharefile, Tax Caddy, and CCH Axcess.
  • Assist with answering incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Receptionist with front desk duties, including answering phones, distributing mail, setting up FedEx shipments, and greeting clients.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Five+ years of administrative experience with a high school education or 3+ years of job-related experience with an Associate Degree.
  • Experience with front-line customer contact and a professional service work environment.
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel, with knowledge of tax preparation software and Microsoft Teams.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, with accurate grammar usage.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively, balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work flexibly under pressure and meet deadlines, with great attention to detail.
