Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Perinatal Care team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert care to patients and families, while also contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced nursing care to patients and families in the perinatal setting
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice standards for perinatal care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff and healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Master's degree in nursing with a clinical focus
- Current Washington state RN license
- 3 years of current nursing experience in perinatal care
- Certification in perinatal nursing (optional)
