Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, coordinating, and evaluating patient needs, and delegating tasks to members of the patient care team as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion within our healthcare team.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification.
  • One year of clinic RN experience or 2 years of acute care experience preferred.
