Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting.
- Two years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting.
- Recent experience in an outpatient setting.
