- Ensure meals and snacks are visually appealing and flavorful
- Adhere to proper food handling protocols during preparation, storage, and serving
- Oversee the dining services team
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Ensure a safe working environment in the kitchen
- Assist the Production Manager in managing food inventory and supplies
- Participate actively in the dining service Quality Assurance Program
