Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Syndicate Operations staff supporting Debt and Equity Investment Banking business and Markets Primary issuance businesses.
  • Coordinate logistics surrounding deal pipeline, spanning deal & account setup, Trade Management, and timely settlement.
  • Oversee covered functions, including Deal & Trade Management, Revenue recognition & Deal Final Settlement, Front to Back Controls, and Deal related Regulatory Filings.
  • Manage a diverse group of 18 people across our Manhattan and Buffalo sites.

Requirements:

  • Finra Series 99 registered preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions with strong experience in Equity and / Debt Markets Middle Office or Operations.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive leader.
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver, results-oriented with strong awareness and a strong risk management and control mindset.
