Job Description

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the entire office. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, implementing and managing legal technology, and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the firm.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, including managing staff, handling budgeting and financial management, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and communication between different departments.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, services, and equipment.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall firm operations.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff members, including training and professional development opportunities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in law firm operations to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for the firm's growth and sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in legal operations, preferably in a corporate legal department
  • Strong understanding of legal technology, including e-billing, matter management, and document management systems
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

$175,000-225,000

A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including Base Salary, Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K match program, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, career growth programs, and much more
