Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy
    • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and roadmap
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct thorough market analysis and sizing exercises to identify opportunities and assess market potential
    • Develop comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) models and strategies for new product launches
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize analytics use cases
    • Collaborate with external organizations, including clients and vendors, to develop meaningful and projectable analytics
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
    • Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership

Requirements

  • Experience working with large and complex healthcare datasets, preferably patient-level longitudinal data
  • Familiarity with agile software development practices
  • Experience working with private and sensitive personal information
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful analytic insights from multiple data sources

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or launching Data and Analytics or SaaS-based enterprise product
  • Experience using Snowflake
  • Experience in managed markets and pharma market access ecosystem
  • Experience in the commercial health insurance industry

What We Offer

Norstella offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $190,000, as well as a discretionary bonus. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
