- Develop and maintain data models, implement analytic solutions, and extract meaningful insights to drive business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into practical data solutions.
- Apply statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract valuable insights from complex datasets.
- Develop and maintain risk patterns to perform predictive analysis and support strategic decision-making.
- Create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with data processing frameworks, such as Apache Spark or Hadoop, to manage and analyze large-scale datasets.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and techniques in data analytics to implement the most effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and relevant regulations in all data analytics activities.
- Active Secret Clearance (required due to contract).
- U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship (required by contract).
- Willingness to support systems requiring 24x7x365 uptime, including participating in an on-call schedule.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with strong proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools and languages.
- Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL) and knowledge of common software tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, and VMware.
- Expertise in Big Data and Cloud technologies, and familiarity with tools like Apache Spark and Hadoop.
- Ability to work proactively and independently, supporting geographically diverse locations in mission-critical environments.
- A Bachelor's degree (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
