Field Sales Professional

As a Sales Development Manager at BAY PRO, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic account management and relationship-building. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to capitalize on them. Key responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and negotiating agreements that meet their needs. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent negotiation and customer service skills, as well as a strong ability to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to capitalize on them.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging negotiation and sales techniques.
- Document all sales-related activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales development or a related field is necessary.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills are essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial.
Compensation and Benefits
