Field Sales Executive

Our company, Vert Environmental in San Jose, is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will take ownership of your sales territory and drive new business by utilizing your skills and determination to exceed sales goals.
This position involves implementing our proven sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed targets. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success, strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a passion for hitting goals.
The salary for this role is $200,000 (salary + commission). Our sales team enjoys a competitive compensation package, including a company car, gas card, phone, computer, medical, dental, and vision benefits.
You will be responsible for staying on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM. This includes creating and fulfilling a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory and ensuring customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry.
To be successful in this role, you must have 3-5 years of sales experience, a bachelor's degree or high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. You should also have working knowledge of a CRM, strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and live in the Bay Area currently, preferably daily driving proximity to San Jose.
