We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our airport team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving membership enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security and Service: Adhere to security procedures, validate airline documents, and verify CLEAR member traveler identification.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to members, potential customers, and general travelers.
  • Sales and Enrollment: Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and selling the benefits of CLEAR.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Open availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Requires completion of airport badging or government screening process, and other applicable associated requirements.
