Customer Service Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Ambassador at Miele, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing customer data to identify sales and business opportunities
- Managing existing and future clients/accounts to develop leads and ensure repeat business and referrals
- Utilizing Customer Relationship Management systems and technology to support the development of a loyal customer base
- Entering sales quotes and orders within company computer systems
- Providing reception desk duties, including answering phones, maintaining visitor logs, data entry, and responding to inquiries
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous sales experience in retail, design, or luxury retail
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers in person, via phone, and via email
- Comfortable working within the demonstration kitchen and being hands-on with food preparation and kitchen duties
- PC proficiency, including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new computer applications
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
