About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Relations Liaison to join our team at Trios Health. As a Patient Relations Liaison, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet patients and maintain direct eye contact to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage Patient Communications: Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Patient Information: Gather demographic data and enter/update information in our computer system.
  • Notify Clinical Staff: Inform clinical staff of patient delays and cancellations.
  • Manage Cash Payments: Process cash payments and accurately apply them to patient accounts.
  • Prepare Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Communicate with Patients: Interact with waiting patients to keep them informed of delays.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualification: Associate's degree.
