About the Role

The RN Care Manager is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for facilitating communication between caregivers and providers to ensure timely and effective patient care. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Track and manage patient studies and treatment plans to ensure timely authorization and start of treatment
  • Coordinate and facilitate patient admissions and transitions between inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Collaborate with providers to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 2 years of recent outpatient oncology nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution
  • 2 years of acute care nursing experience
