Parking Enforcement Officer

Platinum Parking, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Enforcement Patroller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular parking facility audits to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Issue citations to violators using a company-issued handheld device.
- Operate a personal vehicle to travel between designated locations.
- Utilize electronic devices, such as phones and tablets, to complete tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and submit paperwork as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and de-escalate conflicts in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Availability to work weekends.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Dependable transportation.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Age 18 or older.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Courteous and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous parking experience preferred.
- Drug-free workplace.
- Clerical experience may lead to additional hours in data entry/office work.
