Job Summary

Platinum Parking, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Enforcement Patroller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular parking facility audits to ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Issue citations to violators using a company-issued handheld device.
  • Operate a personal vehicle to travel between designated locations.
  • Utilize electronic devices, such as phones and tablets, to complete tasks and communicate with team members.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to customers and team members.
  • Accurately complete and submit paperwork and documentation.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and effectively diffuse situations with customers or violators.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Valid Driver's License and insurance.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Computer and technology knowledge.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Courteous and friendly communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous parking experience preferred.
  • Drug-free workplace.
  • Clerical experience may lead to additional hours in data entry/office work.
