Job Summary

The Assistant Bakery Manager will assist the Bakery Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the bakery department, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and that our guests receive exceptional service. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Bakery Manager in managing department inventory, pricing integrity, and training
  • Coordinate the ordering of bakery items with the Bakery Manager
  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Make recommendations and accommodate requests
  • Manage order guides and deadlines to reduce shrink and damage
  • Properly receive and stock goods, following rotation standards
  • Engage, motivate, and train team members to provide excellent guest service
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
  • Bakery, restaurant management, culinary, and/or grocery experience
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
