Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop cashier/sales associate staff.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation, and ensure a quality buying experience for all customers.
  • Control inventory variations, cash over/short, and implement all Company promotional initiatives.
  • Operate and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, and maintain a compliance binder.
  • Report and review all environment, maintenance issues, and unusual occurrences to the proper authority and management personnel.
  • Price book maintenance, operation of security cameras, and On The Run (where applicable).
  • Ability to communicate with associates and guests, and count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions, and perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, and flexibility to work weekend, holiday, and/or evening shifts.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting of 1 to 15 lbs, and ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion.
