Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer relationships, recommending loan solutions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective loan solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, identifying opportunities to retain and develop new clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete mortgage transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Analyze customer financial information to identify complex and multifaceted borrowing needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
