Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Lennar Mortgage team, the Sales Contract Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Division and our valued customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and prepare sales agreements for necessary approvals.
- Ensure that contracts are accurately entered into the relevant reporting and accounting systems.
- Maintain up-to-date records of daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, including sales figures, cancellations, and traffic reports.
- Provide timely updates and information to the purchasing, construction, and sales teams.
- Perform additional tasks related to the processing of sales contracts as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and computer skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within the homebuilding or construction sector.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, with an accounting background being advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting systems, particularly JD Edwards, is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves some office work, which may require occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and moving office materials weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is necessary for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
