As a pivotal member of our team, the Sales Contract Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our Division and customers throughout the sales process. This position is essential for ensuring that sales contracts are meticulously prepared and processed for closing.
Key Responsibilities:- Review, verify, and prepare sales contracts for necessary approvals.
- Ensure that contracts are accurately entered into the relevant reporting and accounting systems.
- Maintain up-to-date records of daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, including sales figures, cancellations, and traffic reports.
- Provide timely and relevant information to the purchasing, construction, and sales teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform additional tasks related to sales contract processing as assigned.
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required.
- A strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational and computer skills is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within the homebuilding or construction sector.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, with an accounting background being advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting systems, particularly JD Edwards, is desired.
- Strong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.
Physical Requirements:This role involves some office work that may require occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and moving office materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Finger dexterity is required for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
