Job Summary

CBL & Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Local Leasing and Advertising Coordinator to join our team at Frontier Mall in Cheyenne, Wyoming. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of leasing and advertising efforts to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Specialty Leasing and Advertising Coach to develop and implement effective leasing and advertising strategies
  • Assist in coordinating tenant move-in and move-out processes, including placement and preparation of retail merchandising units (RMUs) and common area locations
  • Collect and route proposed inline store signage, RMU merchandise plans, and kiosk renderings for approval
  • Coordinate and attend new tenant/licensee meetings to ensure a smooth transition and compliance with company standards
  • Monitor and enforce common area visuals and operating requirements through daily walk-throughs and tenant communication
  • Assist with event coordination, planning, and execution, including back-lit directory program management and retailer meeting scheduling
  • Manage RMU and inline keys, key logs, and inventory of shelving, fixtures, tarps, and accessories
  • Process paperwork and reports, screen and facilitate application processes for walk-in and call-in prospects, and prepare leasing packages/presentations
  • Compile and maintain tenant records, including certificates of insurance and/or waivers, business licenses, and gross sales reports
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from a two-year or four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in computer usage, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Flexibility in working hours and ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
