Your Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, colleagues, and referral sources, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Accurately obtain and verify patient information, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient files, adhering to Hanger Clinic's policies and procedures.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of protected health information, in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist with patient follow-up, as directed, to ensure timely and effective care.
- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives, focusing on patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Efficiently manage multiple phone lines, responding to patient inquiries and concerns.
- Record clear, concise, and accurate documentation, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate scheduling, ensuring proper coverage of patient appointments and out-of-office calls.
