Job Overview

Village Green is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our award-winning apartment communities, you will play a critical role in identifying the needs of prospective residents and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, providing personalized service and support.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure seamless communication and a positive resident experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
