We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Legrand AV, Inc. as a Regional Sales Associate - Business Development. - Represent Legrand AV, Inc. at trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business management.
- Minimum of one year of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the AV industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using SalesForce.com CRM tool.
- Experience selling or installing AV solutions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- General office and field sales environment.
- Long-distance or air travel as needed, not to exceed 15% of work time.
