Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.
  • Represent Legrand AV, Inc. at trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business management.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the AV industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using SalesForce.com CRM tool.
  • Experience selling or installing AV solutions.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • General office and field sales environment.
  • Long-distance or air travel as needed, not to exceed 15% of work time.
