- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in quarry production, with a strong background in quality control and safety management.
- Skills: Strong mechanical and plant operations knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
