Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year
About the Role:
We are seeking an engineering project specialist to join our team at Kiewit Corporation, where you will play a key role in supporting project engineers in the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to project engineers, including reviewing and understanding drawings and specifications, and ensuring project adherence to all requirements.
- Cost Management: Assist in managing the project's direct labor cost performance tracking and projections, ensuring accurate daily, weekly, and monthly costs.
- Document Control: Assist in managing the project's document control system, including drawing revisions, RFIs, submittals, and as-builts.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets Kiewit's quality standards, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in project coordination or engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
