Job Summary

Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a detail-oriented Building Science Project Engineer to conduct property and facility condition assessments and due diligence reports for clients.

This role involves evaluating building systems, providing recommendations for immediate repairs, and determining future building system replacements.

  • Conduct site reconnaissance, data compilation, and project research
  • Author technical reports and prepare quality supporting documents
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in architecture or related engineering field
  • 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and construction/cost estimating
  • 3+ years of experience performing property inspections
  • 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions

Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
