We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multimodal Project Engineer to join our team at Toole Design in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing multimodal transportation infrastructure projects that promote sustainability and community livability.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop multimodal transportation infrastructure projects, including roadways, streetscapes, and trails
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet client needs
  • Use AutoCAD software to produce detailed designs and construction documents
  • Develop feasibility studies, concept plans, and construction documents to ensure project success
  • Share knowledge and expertise with staff and clients to build better communities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in transportation or civil engineering or a related field
  • Fundamentals of Engineering Certification (FE)
  • Experience with Computer Automated Design (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Specific knowledge of roadway geometric design or streetscape design
  • Strong interest in multimodal and active transportation design
Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, a health savings account (HSA), a flexible spending account (FSA), and 22 days of PTO per year. We also offer a flexible work schedule with the option to work from home 2-3 days per week.
