Regional Business Development Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the West Region.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled sales professional with a passion for driving business growth and developing strong customer relationships.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $98,000 - $108,000, with a monthly target bonus potential.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the aluminum extrusion industry.
- Proven sales performance with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills.
