Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement architectural visions and solutions aligned with the enterprise architecture strategy, technology, and platform choices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements and drive innovation.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in solution design and application development for specific business environments.
  • Ensure solutions are technically robust, scalable, and meet non-functional requirements.
  • Communicate complex technical information to multiple levels of the organization and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Application, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an architecture role.
  • Strong understanding of iOS and Android ecosystems, payments, and fintech.
  • Experience with UI/UX design, Agile software development, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong business-centric mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working with tech teams, product management, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and cross-functional areas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to multiple levels of the organization.

Pay and benefits information:

Pay range: $61.07 - $93.25 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible:

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
