Strong knowledge and experience in domain operations, Active Directory services, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
Proficient in resolving hardware and software issues related to Windows and Mobile operating systems.
Skilled in troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services and VPN (SSL and IPSec).
Able to diagnose Office 365 applications (Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams) using both GUI and PowerShell.
Familiarity with patch management and vulnerability assessment.
Experience with Microsoft Autopilot.
Intermediate understanding of backup solutions.
Proficient in troubleshooting common remote access solutions such as RDP.
Basic knowledge of essential network components.
Maintain documentation and standards as technologies evolve.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in IT (helpdesk/service desk/MSP)
Preferred Qualifications:
CompTIA Security+ certification
MS-900 / Client-900 certification
Prior experience in a dynamic environment, such as an MSP, is advantageous.
Strong knowledge and experience in domain operations, Active Directory services, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
