At ManTech International, we're seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager - Software Quality Assurance to join our diverse team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in protecting our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead major technology assignments to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes to drive short-term project growth and success.
  • Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Successfully manage quality programs with large numbers of personnel, equipment, and customers geographically dispersed.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage the program QC Plan to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Analyze data and brief senior leadership on key findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Active certification in either SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Government Practitioner (SGP).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software quality assurance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with scrum on a large scale, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with creating and running automated tests to enable CI and CD, with a focus on DevOps.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in all phases of the QA cycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in quality control and quality assurance, with a focus on statistical methods and ISO 9000 standards.
  • Advanced understanding of QA/QC approaches, methods, management, metrics, and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of practical application of information operations for military operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise with Remedy, Collaborative Life Cycle Management Tools (IBM CLM), SharePoint, or similar tools.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with creating and running automated methods to deploy software products into the production environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing multiple QA analysts running multiple QA cycles.
  • Certified Manager in Software Testing or an equivalent testing certification.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • A current Top Secret (TS) clearance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,800-$185,500.
