At Dynamic Workforce Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to employers and career seekers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurately record WIOA, WT, SNAP, and WP data into appropriate systems, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Support case management efforts by facilitating the WT and SNAP intake and Initial Engagement process, as well as programmatic sessions.
  • Manage SNAP cases, ensuring accurate documentation and timely support.
  • Identify and recruit eligible program participants, providing career advisement and referrals to suitable resources.
  • Acquire and maintain ongoing programmatic competency to ensure compliant case management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development, with at least one year's experience working with computer systems for data entry and review.
  • Previous experience in workforce development and case management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment recruiting practices, data entry, and customer requirements for all funding streams.
  • Ability to engage, understand, and respond to the needs of business accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
