Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Client Lead to join our team at PMX. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for bringing strong thought leadership to client and team engagements, preparing and presenting local landscape and marketplace insights to internal teams and external clients, and overseeing a team of Supervisor Client Leads and Negotiators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client strategies to drive business growth and maximize results
  • Prepare and present market analysis and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead a team of Client Leads and Negotiators to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and drive business innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management in the vendor community
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert insights and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in local media investment or media planning
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of local media measurement and analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
