We are in search of candidates who possess:

  • A robust understanding of large-scale computing solutions. The ideal applicant will have prior experience as a systems or support engineer.
  • A commitment to refining existing technical skills while acquiring new ones to contribute meaningfully to in-depth architectural discussions.
  • Participation in comprehensive education and design sessions to develop truly innovative solutions utilizing AWS.

A background in providing deep technical expertise to clients in at least one of the following enterprise technology domains: Information System Security; AI/ML; infrastructure automation; cloud migration and deployment; application rationalization and modernization; full lifecycle enterprise Software Development; DevSecOps pipeline creation and management; storage and virtualization management.

An understanding of enterprise software development tools and methodologies, including familiarity with typical enterprise application architectures and the capability to write basic scripted or compiled code.

This position requires that the selected candidate be a U.S. Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Our Consultants engage with Federal Government clients locally, regionally, and potentially nationwide. Therefore, Consultants must be prepared to travel to client sites to deliver professional services as necessary (up to 25%).

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of specialized technical, design, and architecture experience.
  • 7+ years of consulting, design, and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.
  • 5+ years of software development experience with an object-oriented programming language.
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent), systems, networks, and operating systems.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, managing complex and large-scale projects.
  • Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP).

Our compensation reflects the labor market across various U.S. geographic regions. The base salary for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market.

Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive compensation package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
