Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art cloud automation and orchestration frameworks for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Lead Agile teams in the architecture and deployment of autonomous cybersecurity systems.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of automation architecture driven by requirements.

Essential Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance (ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance).
  • Capability to secure DHS Suitability.
  • 6-8+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering and cloud technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems in production.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security technologies (AWS, MS Azure) and secure cloud configurations.
  • Experience with security solutions such as Trellix, CrowdStrike, and Tanium.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, bash).
  • Experience with network security devices (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, log analysis, malware analysis).
  • Familiarity with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with event-driven microservices and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in team and project environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Knowledge of Federated Identity and authentication mechanisms.
  • Technical oversight experience in DevOps and DevSecOps.
  • Familiarity with tools like CyberArk and Splunk.
  • Understanding of DoDAF and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for degree requirements.

Certifications:
  • Agile software development certification (e.g., SCRUM Master).
  • AWS Cloud certifications (e.g., Associate Architect).
  • DoD IAT Level I or II (e.g., CISSP).
  • Advanced AWS certifications such as Cloud DevOps Developer or Security Specialist.
