Job Description

We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist for our client, a globally leading manufacturer of pumps and valves.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process commercial and technical orders and projects with precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare offers and order documents, including technical clarification, to ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Perform post-calculation tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Purchase order-related materials and services, including price coordination, deadline tracking, and invoice verification upon receipt.
  • Coordinate and communicate with technicians and installers regarding repairs and installations.
  • Engage in effective communication and correspondence with customers and downstream departments.

Your Profile

  • Hold a completed commercial or technical vocational training, such as office clerk or electronics.
