Pharmacy Call Center Technician Role

Medix is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Call Center Technician to join our team in Carrollton, TX. As a Pharmacy Call Center Technician, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process prior authorization requests within the required time frame
  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls for members, medical providers, or pharmacy providers
  • Assist members and providers with inquiries through various media platforms
Requirements:
  • Valid Pharmacy Technician license by the state of Texas
  • National Pharmacy Technician License
Work Environment:

This is a fully in-person role with multiple shifts available, including Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00pm. The pay for this position is $20.50 per hour.
