About the Position

The estimated salary range for this role is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct support to clients, recording session data, and collaborating with families and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions
  • Assist clinicians with implementing skill-building and care plans
  • Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism
  • Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
